We will be away for a short vacation from 12th May 2026 to 21st May 2026. During this period, orders will be temporarily paused and checkout may be unavailable.
Customer support replies may also take longer than usual.

Discreet Packaging All orders are shipped in plain packaging for customer privacy.
Payment Terms Full payment is required before order processing and dispatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices All prices are stated in SGD and are inclusive/exclusive of GST where applicable.
No Cancellation Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made and order processing has begun.
No Returns / No Exchanges Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all goods sold are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This policy is strictly enforced.
Defective or Incorrect Items Claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be made within 3 days of delivery. Customers must provide clear photo/video evidence. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Delivery Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
Failed Delivery / Redelivery Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. A redelivery fee will be charged for failed deliveries due to incorrect address, unclaimed parcels, or rejection.
Risk & Ownership Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery. Ownership of goods remains with us until full payment is received.
Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

Age Confirmation By purchasing, the customer confirms they are at least 18 years old.
Governing Law This invoice shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
